Estimates are free and based on what we can see at the visit. If opening a wall or a floor reveals more — rot under a tub, framing that is not square, a subfloor that needs replacing — we tell you before doing any extra work, and nothing extra happens without your OK.
Interior work runs rain or shine. Decks, fences and exterior painting depend on the sky — heavy rain can move a job, and when it does, we contact you and set the next available date.
Floors get covered, furniture gets protected, gates get closed and pets get considered. Tell us at the estimate about anything delicate or hidden — wiring, plumbing runs, anything buried in a yard where fence posts are going.
The price agreed at the estimate is the price, unless the scope changes and we agree on the change together. Payment terms for larger projects are discussed before work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
